Standard
I set the theme, give an intro talk, act as judge during the day and hand out a prize to the winning team if you like. Ready to run.
Bespoke
We design the day together around what you want to achieve. If you want to try something specific against a dataset, I create synthetic data — so you don't have to use live data.

Do participants need any prior AI experience?
No. The format works for beginners and experienced users side by side — I calibrate the day to your team.
How do you handle sensitive data?
We don't need to touch your live data. In the bespoke option I create synthetic datasets when needed — the same structure and challenges as your reality, but without sensitive content. Nothing sensitive leaves the building, and no lengthy approval process is needed.
Where can you run it?
On-site with you, in a venue in Mariefred, or — for smaller teams — at my place. Venue and catering are added when an external venue is used.
How many can take part?
Up to 15 people in the standard format. Larger groups or several teams in parallel are arranged on request.
What does a hackathon cost?
The price depends on the format and scope — standard or bespoke, the number of participants and whether preparation with your own data is included. Tell me what you want to achieve and I'll come back with a proposal.
What does the team take away?
A working prototype and the habit of getting there again on their own.
